In light of the high demand for Delphine Eyebrow Couture services, each appointment requires a $300 booking deposit to ensure a booking.  Deposits are non-refundable; however, they are transferable if an appointment is reschedule with at least 24 hours notice given.  Deposits, of course, will be deducted from the final cost. 



Our cancelation policy requires 48 hours of notice to deliver the best service to all our clients. 
Those who cancel at the last-minute minute or arrive over 25 minutes late impair the high service standards for others; as a consequence, actions of that nature may result in a deposit forfeiture and cancellation of an appointment.  To rebook, a new deposit would be required after arriving late or after a short notice cancellation. 



Please note that we do no offer refunds, and results can never be guaranteed.  Each client is different, and each body heals or retains pigment in a different way.  Additional follow-ups at additional costs may be necessary to receive a specific outcome you desire. 


Please note that an appointment with Delphine Eyebrow Couture necessitates a non-refundable deposit for any service scheduled.
The deposit is designed as a guarantee for each appointment.  It will be applied toward the total cost of any service rendered or carried over for a future appointment if changed 48-hours ahead of time in keeping with our cancellation policy.
If a client does not show up, arrives more than 15 minutes late, or cancels/reschedules without the 48-hour advance notice, the deposit will be forgone.  To be clear, deposits are non-refundable without exception.

Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, 48-hour notice is required otherwise a deposit will be forgone, which includes no-shows or no-calls.  After that period, a new deposit will be required to make a new appointment.
